Generally a pleasant hotel to stay in - it seemed to be safe and secure. The Bed was really comfy with lots of pillows both hard and soft. Airconditioning was easy to work and there was a constant supply available to refill the coffee machine in the room

I am not used to the practice of using disposable plates and cutlery in the breakfast room - but seems widespread everywhere in Longview

The colors of my room were restful, very pretty (SW colors) and my room was always spotless. The front desk staff answered every question (how to close the drapes, turn on the fan, etc) and the creative ways the housekeepers arranged the towels and washcloths was charming, especially the "hanging pots" with "flowers" in them.

A ceiling fan would have been nice or a box fan. I need air blowing on me all the time, so it got stuffy when the fan was turned off.

Clean hotel, the staff was very very helpful and excellent.

Comfortable hotel, the idea of having suite was great. The location was magnificent and amazing, 16 miles to East Texas Regional airport, perfectly reachable. Plus it was in a good area. I greatly enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed the nearby Teague Park, a lovely green space perfect for a weekend stroll, and the ease of grabbing a quick bite at Jersey Mike's Subs just a short walk away made my trip even better.

It was a suitable option for a getaway in Longview with good value. The breakfast food was great and the attendant was friendly.

The room was spacious with a cozy nook perfect. The staff were friendly and were pretty good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a great variety, and the indoor pool was a refreshing treat after a day out.

The hotel is conveniently located near Letourneau University-Longview and downtown Longview. We were particularly impressed by the friendly breakfast staff were very good to keep the food fresh and tasty.

My kids wished the pool was open, as they were looking forward to swimming.

Breakfast was tasty with fresh options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location with easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The staff was friendly, and my room was clean and well-stocked. I really enjoyed the variety at breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and pastries.

The pool area was a letdown since it was closed for maintenance . On top of that, the shuttle wasn't available, and I had planned to use that for transportation.
